Finx reduces the reload speed of any enemy Brawlers hit by his main attack by 30% for 3 seconds.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.

Лучший билд на финкс в 3/3, гаджет юзать против дальников, также хорошо юзается против мортиса, фэнга, ульты нани. Но лучше всего финкс показывает себя в баунти. Пассивка для того чтобы дальники по типу пайпер восстанавливали свои тыки еще намного медленнее, ЩИТ - он само собой может зарешать раунд, урон хорош против ближников, по типу мортисов
